BioI'll give it to you straight. My primary reason for having a LiveJournal is to post my various and sundry rants or observations in a quasi-public forum while I await the day I have my own web server back up and running... which I'm currently too cheap to go pay for not having to deal with forced advertising within my site... and too lazy to hunt down credible web hosts that don't require their ad-code to be part of my source code... so it looks like I'll be doing this here for a while. Get used to it. I'm a publicly-private kind of guy, so if you see most of my posts, I must like you enough to call you 'friend', at least as far as the permissions for this interface are concerned. You can get used to that too.
It's amazing what being married and having a kid can do for one's level of frank-ness on most subjects that might be considered embarrassing. Consider yourself warned.
